Job summary

Google India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for the Google Ads Mobile App. You will mentor engineers, own features end-to-end, and provide technical leadership across a distributed team spanning mobile and backend components.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in software development.
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
• 5 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Responsibilities

• Mentor engineers on the team, and own and launch features end-to-end.
• Provide technical leadership on projects, and influence and coach a distributed team of engineers.
• Design, code, launch, and land customer-facing features (E2E tech stack).
• Oversee end to end ownership of high ambiguity projects.
