Job summary

Google is seeking a Staff Engineer for Youtube Ads Measurement in Bengaluru. You will build product and data insights to steer the team and develop models predicting ad conversions from multiple data sources.

You will lead cross-team efforts within Google Ads to advance privacy-preserving measurement and ML technologies, contributing to large-scale, distributed systems at immense scale.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
• 5 years of experience with back end development, across tech such as Java, Python, Golang, or C++ codebases.
• 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

• 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
• 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
• Familiarity with distributed systems and managing multi-dimensional data at scale.
