Qualifications

10+ years of relevant design experience demonstrated by a strong portfolio.
Experience leading complex, cross-product initiatives and influencing strategy.
Experience designing AI-powered products, collaboration tools, or enterprise workflows.
Familiarity with Slack or Microsoft Teams is a plus.
Strong hands-on design skills from concept to implementation.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and communicate decisions clearly.

This role is part of our Product Design team that uses their superpower of empathizing, understanding, and applying our users' and customers' needs, with the mission to created product experiences they love. This role will workto shape our enterprise AI assistant experience within Slack and Microsoft Teams. At ServiceNow, design has a very intentional seat at the table, so our team collaborates closely with both engineering and product management from the get-go.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

10+ years of relevant design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional interaction design, systems thinking, and end-to-end product ownership.
Experience leading complex, cross-product initiatives and influencing product strategy across multidisciplinary teams.
Experience designing AI-powered products, collaboration tools, or enterprise workflows. Familiarity with Slack or Microsoft Teams is a plus.
Strong hands-on design skills, from concepts and prototypes through detailed specifications and implementation.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, balance user needs with platform constraints, and communicate decisions clearly across global teams.
A track record of mentoring designers and raising the bar for product experiences.
