Job summary

ServiceNow in Telangana, India is seeking an experienced PM to own end-to-end AP AI initiatives, prototype agent behaviors, and validate feasibility with engineering before shaping a roadmap. You will translate complex tradeoffs for engineering, architects, and executives, and drive clarity in ambiguous problems while collaborating with platform teams.

• 6-8+ years of PM experience with recent hands-on work shipping AI/agentic features.
• Comfortable prototyping and in-the-weeds with engineering: reviewing implementations, standing up demos.
• Solid understanding of agent architectures — orchestration, tool use, multi-step reasoning — and how to translate that into a scoped roadmap.
• Excellent communicator, able to align engineering, architecture, and stakeholders who all want different things.
• AP/finance domain knowledge is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.

• Translate technical tradeoffs into plain language for engineering, architects, and execs — validate early with real users.
• Thrive in ambiguity: create structure where none exists, and pull the work forward through clarity and credibility.

• Thrive in ambiguity: create structure where none exists, and pull the work forward through clarity and credibility rather than process

To be successful in this role you have:

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
• 6-8+ years of PM experience, with recent hands-on work shipping AI/agentic features
• Comfortable prototypingand in the weeds with engineering: reviewing implementations, standing up demos, not just writing requirements
• Solid understanding of agent architectures — orchestration, tool use, multi-step reasoning — and how to translate that into a scoped roadmap
• Excellent communicator,able to align engineering, architecture, and stakeholders who all want different things
