NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Procurement – DC Operations to manage procurement activities across data center operations.

You will drive cost efficiency, ensure timely delivery, and support strategic sourcing initiatives and vendor management. Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in procurement within data center or tech infrastructure, with SAP/Oracle proficiency and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years procurement or supply chain experience, preferably in data center or tech infra.
• Professional certifications such as CPSM or CIPS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute procurement strategies for data center operations, including review, negotiate, and redline contracts.
• Provide procurement support and coverage for other regions as required.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, compliance, and performance standards.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Lead day-to-day procurement operations for the assigned region.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Engineering to forecast demand and align plans.
• Ensure adherence to policies, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals.
• Monitor supplier performance and mitigate supply chain disruptions.
• Maintain records of procurement transactions and prepare management reports.
