Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. in Mumbai, India, is seeking a proactive facilities specialist to manage maintenance requests, ensure safety compliance, and support building operations across offices and related buildings.

You will coordinate routine maintenance, track repairs, and maintain the maintenance database while liaising with security, cleaning staff, and service contractors to keep environments safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• High school certificate and relevant vocational training.
• Significant experience in a similar facilities/maintenance role.
• Preferred team-leader experience in managing small teams.

Responsibilities

• Check maintenance and repairs requests in line with the service level agreement.
• Provide support with distribution of and response to all facilities service requests.
• Carry out daily building inspections and ensure compliance with Health and Safety Act.
• Document and report progress of maintenance to management.
• Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs schedules and update the maintenance database.
• Ensure offices and equipment are maintained to required standards and stock levels are kept.
