Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a Supply Planning professional to ensure product availability and service excellence through effective planning and cross-functional collaboration.

You'll monitor inventory, mitigate risks, coordinate with warehouses and commercial teams, and drive improvements in stock health and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Management, or Customer Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and mitigate supply risks with stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast performance to meet service targets.
• Manage shortages, stockouts, and escalations end-to-end.
• Coordinate distribution planning across warehouses.
• Oversee local repacking schedules with warehouse teams.
• Support product transitions including listings and de-listings.
• Assess incremental stock requests and provide feasibility feedback.
• Manage obsolete stock, write-offs, and stock health reporting.
• Maintain master data, PO corrections, and invoice updates.
• Generate supply chain reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Supply, Logistics, Warehousing and Commercial teams to optimize service.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for ensuring product availability and service excellence through effective supply planning, inventory management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and manage supply risks, driving mitigation actions with Supply Units and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory levels, forecast performance, and stock projections to ensure target service levels.
• Manage supply shortages, out-of-stock situations, and customer escalations with end-to-end ownership.
• Coordinate distribution planning between warehouses and secondary distribution centers.
• Oversee local repacking schedules and execution with warehouse teams.
• Support product transitions including listings, de-listings, and flow-through activities.
• Assess incremental stock requests and provide timely feasibility feedback.
• Manage obsolete inventory, write-offs, disposals, and stock health reporting.
• Maintain master data, purchase order corrections, and invoice-related updates.
• Generate and analyze supply chain reports, service metrics, and inventory performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with Supply, Logistics, Warehousing, and Commercial teams to optimize service and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Management, or Customer Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
