KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Confidential Transport Planner - Perform operational tasks within Logistic area. Resolution of tasks accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target. Responsible to ensure Logistic processes compliance with related financial controls. Coordinating all required continuous improvement actions. Ensure efficient cooperation with warehousing, distribution, and transportation. Responsibilities • Responsible for managing transport orders of both inbound and primary transport (Auto tendered and Perfect orders) basis request from Sourcing units and co-packers. • Responsible for shipment creation of both inbound and primary orders and respective exception management. • Responsible for performing transport execution activities like slot booking, track & trace, express shipment during transit, etc. • Perform scenario analysis during crisis and route the request to L1 org for cost-related decision making. • Participate in meetings with Sourcing Units/DC/countries along with L1 Org. • Jointly perform monthly performance meetings along with the Manager to ensure targets are met. • Responsible for performing short-term, mid-term, and long-term capacity checks to flag contracted capacity risks. • Responsible for supporting the Logistics Quality team with required details regarding quality incidents. • Responsible for lane data readiness for Annual carrier tenders – both palletized and bulk. • Responsible for providing training for suppliers on IT Tools and procedures (DDP Suppliers on dock booking) and other suppliers with FCA incoterms for ways of working & requirements.QualificationsMinimum qualifications • University degree (minimum Bachelor) / logistics can be an advantage Confidential • System knowledge: SAP S4HANA (LE-TRA), Oracle transport management (OTM) Tool • Fluency in spoken and written English • Customer Service related experience REPORTING STRUCTURE The role will report to the SCM Operations Lead.**Why join us?**This is a place for people who are passionate about ice cream and are growth obsessed - both for the business and for themselves.
