BNY in Pune, India is seeking an FP&A professional to support budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes, and to partner with business leaders to drive informed decisions.

The role focuses on financial modelling, reporting, and governance, with opportunities to automate processes and influence senior leadership.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Oracle or similar financial systems.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities for presenting financial insights.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.
• Experience with expense management, forecasting, and planning.
• Proactive problem‑solving and process improvement mindset.
