Job summary

Anaqua, a market-leading IP management software provider, is seeking an IP professional with Patents, Trademark, and data validation expertise to join its growing team in Gurugram.

You'll conduct patent and trademark portfolio audits, migrate portfolios into the SAAS platform using Excel or similar tools, and ensure on-time project delivery. You will also update client databases and coordinate with attorneys to stay current on IP law changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Proficient in Japanese language (minimum N3).
• 2–3 years of experience with Japanese clients.
• Experience in portfolio onboarding (with knowledge of ETL and data mapping).
• IP knowledge preferred; AQX or RH knowledge preferred.
• Strong MS-Office (Excel) skills.
• Good analytical and interpersonal skills.
