About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Specialist to lead the design, delivery, integration, and evolution of enterprise platform solutions built on Palantir Foundry and connected enterprise technologies.

This role is intended for a technically strong individual contributor who can independently own strategic platform initiatives from business requirements through production deployment. The individual will work across business stakeholders, data teams, architects, developers, platform teams, and external partners to deliver scalable, governed, and business-aligned solutions.

The ideal candidate combines deep Palantir Foundry expertise with strong solution delivery, integration, data engineering, and stakeholder management experience. The individual should be comfortable driving technical decisions, influencing cross-functional teams, resolving complex delivery challenges, and presenting recommendations and progress to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Ownership & Solution Delivery

• Own end-to-end delivery of enterprise platform capabilities from requirements through deployment and operational adoption.
• Drive alignment between business objectives, technical architecture, solution design, and delivery execution.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning data, workflow, application, reporting, and integration capabilities.
• Identify dependencies, risks, technical challenges, and execution constraints and drive resolution.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet requirements for scalability, governance, performance, and supportability.
• Provide technical leadership across developers, engineers, architects, platform teams, and delivery partners to ensure successful execution of platform capabilities.
• Review and challenge technical designs, implementation approaches, estimates, and solution recommendations to ensure alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards.
• Act as the primary owner for delivery outcomes across assigned platform workstreams.

Business & Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational processes, business priorities, and transformation objectives.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, solution discussions, and process reviews.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, technical requirements, process flows, and user stories.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and manage competing priorities across multiple teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor between business and technology organizations.
• Partner with enterprise data, governance, architecture, and business stakeholders to define data requirements, solution priorities, and operating models.

Palantir Foundry Solution Leadership

• Lead ontology-led solution design and implementation within Palantir Foundry.
• Define object models, relationships, workflows, actions, permissions, data products, and governance structures.
• Guide development teams on platform best practices, reusable design patterns, and scalable solution approaches.
• Support workflow automation, operational write-back, lineage management, security, and governance implementation.
• Drive platform adoption through efficient and business-focused solution delivery.

Data Engineering & Integration Leadership

• Define and oversee integration approaches across enterprise applications, workflow platforms, reporting systems, and data sources.
• Establish data quality, governance, lineage, access control, and observability standards.
• Review architecture decisions, API designs, data mappings, and integration patterns.
• Drive resolution of platform performance, scalability, and reliability challenges.
• Ensure data solutions support business processes, analytics, and operational decision-making.

Technical Governance & Execution

• Drive delivery governance across design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
• Validate solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation approaches.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Support roadmap planning, release readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote engineering excellence, knowledge sharing, and implementation consistency.

Executive Communication

• Develop clear executive-ready presentations, decision documents, solution proposals, and status updates.
• Present technical solutions, architecture decisions, delivery progress, business impacts, risks, dependencies, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Translate technical concepts into business-relevant insights and outcomes.
• Support governance forums, operating reviews, and strategic planning discussions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience across enterprise platforms, solution delivery, systems integration, data engineering, digital transformation, or technology consulting.
• Strong hands-on Palantir Foundry experience, including ontology architecture, object models, workflows, operational write-back, governance, lineage, and enterprise-scale solution delivery.
• Experience leading complex platform initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, workflow platforms, modern application architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience with data engineering concepts including ETL/ELT, data modeling, data governance, lineage, quality, and enterprise data platforms.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to independently lead high-visibility initiatives with minimal oversight.

Preferred Experience

• Palantir Foundry ontology architecture, workflows, applications, operational write-back, governance, lineage, and production support.
• Enterprise workflow platforms such as ServiceNow or similar technologies.
• Operations, procurement, supplier management, finance, billing, reporting, controls, governance, or transformation environments.
• Executive reporting, KPI frameworks, analytics solutions, and performance dashboards.
• AI-enabled workflows, business process automation, decision-support solutions, or intelligent operational platforms.
