Job summary

Netradyne is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Specialist to join the Finance/Controllership team in Bengaluru. You will manage accounting for fixed assets, inventory, contract assets, and purchases/payables, and support month-end close and audits.

Preferred experience includes IGAAP/US GAAP, strong Excel/Power BI/Smartsheet skills, and attention to process improvements. NetSuite is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience incl. fixed assets, inventory, contract assets and purchases/payables
• Experience with IGAAP and US GAAP
• Auditing support and month-end close responsibilities
• Strong Excel, Power BI and Smartsheet proficiency

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting for fixed assets, inventory, contract assets, and purchases/payables, including month-end/year-end closes
• Perform account reconciliations per IGAAP/US GAAP
• Respond to audit requests and support policy compliance
• Support financial transitions, system migrations, and restructuring initiatives
• Prepare journal entries, cost allocations, and FX revaluations
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and documentation

About The Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Specialist to join our Finance/Controllership team. The role will be responsible for accounting activities related to fixed assets, inventory and contract assets, and purchases/payables. The individual will also support month-end close activities, including preparation of relevant documentation and providing audit support as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounting for fixed assets, inventory, contract assets, and purchases/payables, including related month-end and year-end close activities.
• Perform account reconciliations in accordance with IGAAP and US GAAP.
• Respond to audit requests and support compliance with financial policies.
• Support financial transitions, system migrations, and restructuring initiatives.
• Prepare journal entries, cost allocations, and FX revaluations.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and documentation.

Skills & Tools

• Proficient in MS Excel, Power BI, and Smartsheet.
• Strong knowledge of IFC, SOX, and IGAAP/US GAAP requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in process improvement, transitions, and automation initiatives.
• NetSuite experience will be an added advantage.
