Job summary

Netradyne in Bangalore is seeking a Staff Engineer - Hardware to lead the design and bring-up of high-speed system hardware, including CPU interfaces, memory interfaces, FPGA/CPLD, and power. You will work with software, mechanical, and CE teams to deliver robust, reliable products.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in hardware development, proficiency with Orcad/Mentor/Cadence, and strong debugging skills, with exposure to cellular tech contexts and test/qualification activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or EEE.
• 6+ years of experience in Hardware development.
• Proficiency in tools Orcad, Mentor, Cadence.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Responsibilities

• Design/review high-speed system hardware including CPU, LPDDR4/4x, MIPI-CSI/DSI, SDIO, eMMC/UFS, FPGA/CPLD, LDO, SMPS, and buses.
• Review schematics, PCB, and Gerber data; collaborate with software to resolve system-level issues.
• Work with Mechanical, ECAD, BSP, CE, and SCM teams across projects.
• Support manufacturing and ensure reliable production quality.
• Qualification of systems (ESS/EMI/EMC) and test development strategies.
• Bring-up and field debugging of products in performance-critical environments.

Job Overview: As a Staff Engineer at Netradyne, you will lead the development and testing of our next-generation products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a high quality and reliable product in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing/reviewing high-speed system hardware, e.g. CPU, LPDDR4/4x, MIPI-CSI/DSI, SDIO, eMMC/UFS, FGPA/CPLD, LDO, SMPS, POL and Industry Standard buses (I2C, SPI, UART, PDM for DMICs, I2S and CAN).
• Should have knowledge of design Schematics, PCB, and Gerber reviews
• Design experience in QCOM, NVIDIA platform will be added advantage.
• Working with Software team in solving system level issues.
• Hands-on experience on bring-up/ Field installed system debugging for products.
• Hands on experience in qualification of systems (ESS/ EMI / EMC)
• Working with cross functional teams like Mechanical, ECAD, BSP, CE, SCM.
• Understanding of cellular technologies like GSM, LTE, 5G etc.
• Get experience in test and measurement equipment including High End Oscilloscope, Logic/Spectrum/Vector Network analyzers
• Support for Manufacturing for Reliable production quality.
• Design to support test development and strategy like PTS and provide sustaining test support throughout the product life cycle.

Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or EEE.
• 6 + years of experience in Hardware development.
• Proficiency in tools Orcad, Mentor, Cadence
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in working with Product Companies.
• Experience with Camera sensors and AI processors
