Job summary

Netradyne is seeking an Associate Director - Program Management to drive strategic GTM initiatives and partner with regional sales leadership. You will orchestrate cross-functional programs across APAC and MEA, translating priorities into executable plans while tracking milestones, ownership, and outcomes.

As a senior leader, you will set governance, dashboards, and accountability, ensuring timely delivery and coordinated efforts across multiple geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, GTM Strategy and Sales Operations.
• Minimum 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional business programs.
• Experience with enterprise B2B technology, SaaS, AI, analytics, mobility, transportation, or software.

Responsibilities

• Drive the planning, execution, and governance of strategic GTM initiatives across APAC and MEA.
• Partner with regional leadership to translate business priorities into executable programs, milestones, ownership structures, and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor program progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of key business initiatives.
• Establish program governance frameworks, operating rhythms, executive reviews, and performance dashboards.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure program milestones are achieved.
• Manage interdependencies across multiple workstreams and geographies.
• Develop and maintain operational dashboards tracking key GTM initiatives and business objectives.
• Analyze trends, risks, opportunities, and business performance indicators.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Associate Director - Program Management - to act as a strategic partner to regional sales leadership, driving execution of key growth initiatives, cross-functional programs, and operational priorities across the region. The Associate Director - Program Management will serve as the central orchestrator for strategic GTM initiatives across APAC and MEA

Required Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, GTM Strategy and Sales Operations
• Minimum 5+ years leading complex, cross-functional business programs
• Experience working with enterprise B2B technology, SaaS, AI, analytics, mobility, transportation, or software organizations
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Scrum, Asana would be added advantage
