Dentsu Global Services Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on Senior Solution Architect to design scalable marketing and data solutions, oversee architecture work and governance, and drive the implementation across APAC.

The role requires 12–15 years in architecture, hands-on cloud experience (Azure, AWS or GCP), strong stakeholder collaboration, and a mindset to adopt GenAI workflows within enterprise platforms. This permanent position is based in Bengaluru at DGS India.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years in solution architecture, engineering and marketing technology.
• Experience with at least two public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, adtech or martech is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM-based workflows is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

The purpose of this role is to create solution architectures for major systems and platforms ensuring all relevant options are explored for time, cost and compliance to the company’s standards, policies and practices. The role will oversee the work of other architects, the delivery of the security solution and support it through the relevant governance. We’re hiring a hands‑on Senior level Solution Architect who can design and architect scalable marketing and data solutions. This role requires strong experience in solution and system architecture design, implementation and experience across at least 2 of the 3 major public cloud operators – Azure, AWS and GCP.

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with senior stakeholders on developing regional solution architecture frameworks Review global, regional infrastructure availability, product ecosystem and develop a regional solution architecture standard forming regional standards in full alignment with global and industry standards.
• Lead the system and architecture documentation, required workflows, visualization in a standardized set of documents that can be disseminated, explained and used by technical teams across APAC Ensuring global security standards are incorporated into principles for solution architecture within the standard infrastructure options within dentsu Recording and tracking key design decisions and validating these in the context of the requirements.
• Ensure continuous updates, changes, new methods and technical changes are incorporated, documented.
• Communicating with stakeholders across the region, running workshops, training sessions as needed
• Adopting a holistic approach to solution design to maximize best use of available technologies

Requirements

• 12-15 years in solution architecture, engineering and marketing technology
• Strong, hands‑on working experience with at least 2 of the 3 infrastructure in AZURE, AWS, GCP
• Having certifications in solution architecture with AZURE, AWS, GCP in a strong plus
• Working knowledge of digital marketing platforms, adtech, martech is a good plus
• Hands‑on experience with GenAI/LLM‑based workflows is a strong plus
• Strong verbal and written communication with experience in documenting technical and system workflows, diagrams, visualization
• Strong and collaborative mindset working with technical and non technical stakeholders
