Belden is seeking a Senior Solution Delivery Engineer in Bengaluru to design, implement, and support secure network architectures and platform-based solutions across enterprise and industrial environments.

You will develop dashboards, create network hardening guidelines, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver end-to-end secure solutions while supporting PoC deployments and customer training.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Science Engineering (or related field).
• 5-7 years hands-on experience in technical support, service, or after-sales in networking system solutions including design/implementation or platform for data and cloud solutions.
• Good understanding of L2/L3 networking (TCP/IP Stack), VLANs, routing protocols.
• Experience with network management, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge of data ingestion pipelines, cloud integration and APIs.
• Experience with Python or similar programming/scripting; dashboarding tools Grafana, Power BI, or similar.

Job Summary

The Senior Solution Delivery Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure network architectures and platform-based solutions. This includes enterprise and industrial firewall configurations, data flow and integration from field to cloud, and developing dashboards for customer-focused use cases. The role also involves creating network hardening guidelines for wired and wireless networks, testing new technologies, and troubleshooting complex security and platform integration issues.

This role reports to the Solution Delivery Manager.

You will make an impact in the following way:

• Develop and deploy network security solutions, including firewall design, configuration, and optimisation across enterprise and industrial environments.
• Prepare and maintain best-practice guidelines for network hardening and secure configurations for wired and wireless networks.
• Test and validate new security and platform solutions for enterprise and industry projects, ensuring compliance with performance, reliability, and cybersecurity standards.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot platform solutions including data ingestion, manipulation, and integration from field devices to cloud environments.
• Provide concepts for creating dashboards and visualisation tools to present network and platform analytics for customer-specific use cases.
• Work closely with sales, solution consultants and other team members to deliver end-to-end secure solutions and support Proof-of-Concept (PoC) deployments.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance platform robustness, scalability, and security.
• Document solution configurations, field reports, and technical feedback for continuous improvement.

• Managing the day-to-day operations to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets at the team/staff level and to maintain overall quality standards.

What you will bring:

• Education - Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Science Engineering (or related field).
• Experience - 5-7 years of hands‑on experience in technical support, service, or after‑sales in networking system solutions which include network security design, implementation, or platform for data and cloud solutions.
• Expertise - Good understanding of L2/L3 networking (TCP/IP Stack), VLANs, routing protocols. Experience with network management, monitoring, and troubleshooting tools. Solid understanding of network security concepts, VPNs, NAT, VLANs, and segmentation, along with NOC/SOC operations. Strong hands‑on experience with firewall solutions.
• Knowledge of data ingestion pipelines, cloud integration and APIs. Experience with Python or similar programming/scripting, dashboarding tools (Grafana, Power BI, or similar) is an advantage.
