The Senior Engineer – Network and Security is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and security. This role requires expertise in advanced network data protocols, enterprise network architecture, and security systems. The Senior Network Engineer will also play a key role in troubleshooting critical network issues, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to develop and enforce network policies. Staying updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices is essential to continuously improving the network environment. Additionally, the Lead Network Engineer will work closely with the Network and Security Manager to coordinate the Network team, ensuring effective resource allocation, project execution, and network security enforcement.
