Job summary

Leena AI is seeking a strategic, client-facing Implementation Consultant to lead enterprise deployments and design scalable solutions that drive value realization across HR, IT, Finance, and more.

You will manage end-to-end projects, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and drive integrations with HRMS and IT systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Strong communication and Agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in SaaS implementation, solution consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong consultative and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with enterprise processes, integrations, APIs, and data models.
• Ability to engage technical and business stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and tools like JIRA or Rocketlane.
• Awareness of AI concepts, including Agentic AI.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
