We are seeking an experienced Senior Solution Architect with expertise in Java and Azure to lead transformative projects and drive innovation in modernizing legacy systems. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, ensure technical excellence, and deliver scalable cloud‑based solutions that support our clients' business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Java and Azure technologies, providing strategic direction for projects
• Architect and design solutions for legacy modernization programs while ensuring alignment with business goals
• Build scalable cloud solutions leveraging microservices and modern architecture patterns
• Lead technical discussions and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
• Ensure project compliance with technical standards and enforce best practices
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering growth and collaboration
• Conduct deep assessments of legacy mainframe applications and identify potential areas for improvement
• Develop modernization strategies such as re‑platforming, re‑refactoring, and cloud migrations

Requirements

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (Azure Solution Architect experience is mandatory)
• Skills in software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices
