Lead end-to-end designs across REST APIs, legacy migration, TM Forum standards, and network automation, partnering with engineering and business stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of overall experience in software, integration or network application engineering.
• 4+ years of hands-on REST API development experience.
• Strong experience in REST API architecture, design and interface development.
• Practical knowledge of TM Forum APIs, particularly TMF 633, 634, 638 and 639.
• Experience creating transition and migration plans from legacy interfaces to strategic APIs.
• Ability to assess upstream and downstream system impacts across complex integration environments.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Bamboo, Git/Bitbucket, CodePipeline or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and DevOps delivery practices.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications or a related discipline.

Focus of the Role

As a Senior Network Software Engineering Specialist , you'll lead the design and delivery of integration solutions supporting Telstra's Strategic Inventory and autonomous network capabilities . You'll work across REST APIs, TM Forum standards and network inventory transformation , developing migration strategies that transition legacy interfaces to modern, standardised APIs across Telstra's Fixed Networks environment.
