Senior Software Test Engineer - Any Location

Twirll is looking for a dynamic and hardworking Test ENGINEER to help end to end testing of cloud applications.

We are looking for Test engineer with a passion for testing applications from front-end to back-end. You should understand of standard testing scenarios like Unit, Integration and Regression. You will join our team to work with the latest automated and manual testing framework on a daily basis.

The successful candidate for this role will be working with our core development team to drive Twirll application cloud to the next level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work on Manual testing framework and different phases of testing
• Build automated testing framework for product and QA
• Collaborate with our product and design teams to define testing specifications and timelines
• Test varied applications like mobile apps, web apps, API's
• Lead architecture discussions and come up with testing solutions
• Work with different set of product teams

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proficiency and experience writing modern testing framework
• Expert knowledge of 2+ years Ruby on Rails, Web and mobile application testing
• 2+ years experience in automated testing framework
• Experience in Unix and shell scripting
• Experience in API testing
• Experience with API design patterns, security, performance, and usability
• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or equivalent
• Startup experience is a plus

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Technical understanding of HTML5, CSS & Jquery
• Understanding of JS frameworks like Angular js, Jquery
• Understanding of Hybrid App frameworks
• Internet of things devices and technology behind it
• System performance & operational load
