Job summary

Rippling is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead Travel integrations within the Spend Suite. You will translate complex business requirements into clear software design, collaborating with Product Management and Engineering to drive high-impact features.

You will mentor junior team members, participate in planning and code reviews, and help shape the roadmap for seamless corporate travel management within our unified platform.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of programming experience.
• Experience with Go, Python, Django, MongoDB, AWS.
• Strong CS knowledge.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment by identifying areas of impact and pursuing them.
• Travel domain experience is a plus.

You will

• Collaborate with Product Management and other stakeholders within Engineering (Frontend, UX, etc.) to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast‑paced, iterative environment.
• Wear a product manager hat when needed.
• Build features that solve technical problems of high scope and complexity.
• Participate in planning activities, perform code reviews, and contribute to a growing team.
• Translate high‑level business requirements into a software design; communicate the designs to the other developers in the team.
• Provide mentorship for Junior and Intermediate Engineers on your team to help them grow in their technical responsibilities and remove blockers to their autonomy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years of programming experience
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of the duties
• Preferred experience in our technology stack – Go, Python, Django, MongoDB, AWS
• Strong CS knowledge
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment by identifying areas of impact and independently pursuing them
• Experience in travel domain is a plus
