Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain innovative, customer‑centric, high‑performance, secure, and robust solutions.
• Ship large features and improvements with minimal guidance, collaborating on larger projects.
• Solve high‑scope and complex technical problems.
• Translate high‑level business requirements into software designs and communicate them to the team.
• Review and provide feedback on code, features, architecture, and designs; drive code quality and testing standards.
• Drive the technical roadmap and architecture for the team.
• Mentor junior engineers and eliminate blockers to their autonomy.
• Act as the technical lead for the pod/team and drive large initiatives.
• Collaborate with business and technical leadership to strategize revenue growth and rapid scaling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
