About the Role

The HR Products organization seeks a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead the Employment Products line, a foundational component of Rippling. The role focuses on global expansion, blends technical acumen with product development, and has high visibility and growth opportunities.

What You Will Need

• Product Development Experience: Hands‑on experience building scalable products end‑to‑end and delivering both small and large‑scale projects.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Proven ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders globally.
• Execution‑Driven: Experience setting up roadmaps, defining milestones, and driving outcomes.
• People Leadership: Minimum of five years in a managerial role and 7‑8 years as an individual contributor; experience leading engineering teams and mentoring developers.
• Technical Foundation: Sound understanding of technology and ability to guide and review work effectively.
• Communication Skills: Clear, effective communication, especially with distributed teams and stakeholders.
• Experience Range: Total experience of 8‑15 years (IC + managerial).
