Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking an experienced QA professional in Bengaluru to analyze requirements for smart meter applications, design and run test cases, and validate meter data and billing workflows. You will log defects, collaborate with developers and analysts, and support deployments with post-release validation to ensure data accuracy and system reliability in AMI environments.

The role requires 2–5 years in Smart Meter/Utility domains, knowledge of testing frameworks, SQL, and bug-tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Smart Meter, Utility, Energy domains.
• Knowledge of meter operations, billing systems, and field service processes.
• Exposure to test automation frameworks, Java, Selenium, Playwright, BDD, Cucumber.
• Experience in manual testing and quality assurance.
• Experience in test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar bug-tracking tools.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
