Job summary

Esyasoft is seeking a capable Business Analyst with strong software testing experience to bridge business needs and technical delivery in Bengaluru. You will document requirements, run workshops, coordinate across development and support teams, and shape testing strategies to ensure successful implementation.

You will also manage UAT, sign-offs, and provide ongoing business support during go-live activities, while collaborating with stakeholders across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Analysis and Software Testing.
• Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Excellent documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project priorities.
• Experience in Smart Meter, AMI, MDM, CIS, or Utility Digital Transformation projects.
