Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce Primary Cloud to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

You will work with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and REST/SOAP integrations in an Agile environment. You will design, build, and optimize Salesforce apps, ensure security and governor limits, mentor peers, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of hands-on Salesforce development in production environments.
• Proficient with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud.
• Strong Apex, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL skills.
• Deep knowledge of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and declarative tools.
• Experience integrating systems via REST/SOAP protocols.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and the Lightning framework.
• Configure and enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience/Community Cloud features.
• Develop reusable UI components with LWC and Apex triggers/classes.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and DevOps-related workflows.
