Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer with Salesforce Primary Cloud expertise to design, develop, and support scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

You will use Apex and Lightning Web Components, integrate REST/SOAP services, and collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, while driving deployments and post-production resolutions in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 8 to 11 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Advanced proficiency in Apex, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and LWC.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and the Lightning framework.
• Customize and improve Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud based on business requirements.
• Build reusable and responsive UI components using LWC and implement business logic with Apex.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs.
• Perform code reviews, debug issues, and improve system performance.
• Support deployment activities, releases, and post-production issue resolution.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and DevOps processes.
