EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Lead Software Engineer with deep Salesforce expertise to design, develop, and optimize solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

You will implement complex Apex code, build reusable LWC components, and integrate with external systems via REST and SOAP APIs. Responsibilities include code reviews, performance tuning, and collaboration with Business Analysts to translate requirements into scalable designs.

• 8–11 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions using Apex and LWC.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Lead code reviews, debug issues, and optimize performance.
