EPAM Systems, Inc. in Chennai is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Salesforce Primary Cloud to engineer robust Salesforce features using Apex and Lightning Web Components within the Lightning framework.

Qualifications

• Direct hands-on Salesforce development experience of 6–9 years.
• Solid background with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud/Community Cloud.
• Strong command of Apex, Triggers, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning App Builder.
• REST/SOAP integrations and security model understanding.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, and sustain Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and Lightning framework.
• Enhance Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud capabilities per business needs.
• Create configurable, reusable UI components through LWC development.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to turn requirements into technical deliverables.
• Perform code reviews, diagnose problems, and improve performance.
• Assist with deployments, release management, and production issue resolution after launch.
• Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and DevOps-related workflows.
