Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and deliver scalable enterprise applications in the P&C insurance domain. You will own end-to-end development from design through deployment, ensuring performance, reliability, and code quality.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of experience building large-scale enterprise applications.
• Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Policy Administration systems (e.g., Duck Creek, Guidewire, Majesco).
• Full stack development experience across backend and frontend systems.
• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, Java, or similar technologies.
• Experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, React or Angular, JavaScript, SQL Server, and Postgres.
• Solid understanding of microservices, micro frontends, SOA, and integration patterns.
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems and external P&C data providers.
• Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience across underwriting, rating, billing, claims, or document/forms workflows.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps practices, observability, or infrastructure as code.
• Builder/doer mentality with an ownership-driven approach.
• Clear, effective communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and influence decisions.
