Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace / Cloud Infrastructure.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 Administration expertise.
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity environments.
• Proficient with Intune / UEM, Autopilot, and PowerShell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
• Manage Entra ID (Azure AD) including MFA, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity.
• Design and manage endpoint deployment via Intune and Autopilot; automate provisioning.
• Implement Zero Trust security principles across the modern workplace.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation, administration, monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Ensure device compliance, policy configuration, and endpoint security.
• Collaborate with security/compliance teams on ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and audits.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – Modern Workplace with strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, and PowerShell.

The role will be responsible for managing and securing the organization's global Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystem, driving modern workplace transformation, automating endpoint management, and implementing Zero Trust security principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary administrator for Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Manage and optimize Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity governance, MFA, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity.
• Design and manage endpoint deployment and lifecycle using Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Windows Autopilot.
• Implement Zero Trust security principles and endpoint protection across the modern workplace environment.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Manage device compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, and endpoint security.
• Support cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams on ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and other audit requirements.
• Provide technical documentation and evidence required for security and compliance audits.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation across the organization's Modern Workplace environment.

Required Skills

• 7–12 years of experience in Microsoft 365 / Modern Workplace / Cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and hybrid identity environments.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune / UEM.
• Strong experience with Windows Autopilot and modern device provisioning.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong understanding of Conditional Access, MFA, device compliance, and endpoint security.
• Good understanding of Azure services and cloud networking.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security architecture.
• Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 and PCI DSS is preferred.
