Job summary

Omnissa is seeking an experienced macOS developer to join the Workspace ONE Intelligent Hub team for macOS. You will design, implement, and maintain high-performance macOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI, and integrate new features while improving existing functionality.

The role requires strong knowledge of macOS internals, algorithms, and architecture, with a focus on scalable, secure software. This hybrid Bengaluru position offers in-office days and flexible work-from-home days.

Qualifications

• 8 years of coding, problem-solving, DS/Algo, with basic HLD/LLD.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain macOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Integrate new features and optimise existing functionalities in macOS applications.
• Write clean, modular, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Utilise macOS frameworks, APIs, and tools effectively to deliver robust applications.
• Implement scripting solutions to automate workflows and optimise development processes.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
• Stay updated on the latest macOS features, development trends, and technologies

Responsibilities

• Extensive background in macOS internals and software architecture.
• 8 years experience in Coding, problem-solving, DS/Algo, with basic HLD/LLD
• Design, develop, test, and maintain macOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
• Integrate new features and optimise existing functionalities in macOS applications.
• Write clean, modular, and testable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Utilise macOS frameworks, APIs, and tools effectively to deliver robust applications.
• Implement scripting solutions to automate workflows and optimise development processes (Knowledge of scripting languages is a plus.

Location Type: HYBRID. This role offers a balanced arrangement, with the expectation of working 3 days a week in our local office and the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days. It is essential that you reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the office location for the in-office workdays
