If you're ready to make an impact and help shape the future of work, we’d love to hear from you!**The Opportunity As a Software/Sr. Software Engineer (macOS) on the DEEM at Omnissa:*** Participate in design reviews, code reviews, 5-whys, and RCCAs* Identify process or pipeline improvements to increase team efficiency* Participate in the on-call rotation.* Champion engineering initiatives and foster a culture of high ownership, continuous improvement, and excellence.* Handle customer-impacting escalations, prioritising engineering work effectively.**Required Qualifications:*** Proficiency in C++, Swift, and C++/Swift interoperability.* Strong knowledge of macOS frameworks: Endpoint Security, Network Extension, Security, System Configuration, CoreFoundation & IOKit.* Solid understanding of multi-threading, concurrency, and inter-process communication (Unix domain sockets, XPC).* Experience with network programming: TLS/OpenSSL, HTTP client/server libraries.* Familiarity with macOS code signing, notarization, and Gatekeeper requirements.* Hands-on experience with macOS packaging tools: pkgbuild, productbuild, Distribution XML, and installer pre/post scripts.* Hands-on experience with CMake in a cross-platform C++ environment.* Ability to measure and optimize for performance using macOS profiling and instrumentation tools.* Strong commitment to unit testing (Google Test or similar), code coverage, code quality, and static analysis tools.**Location:** Chennai/Bangalore**Location Type: HYBRID.**This role offers a balanced arrangement, with the expectation of working 3 days a week in our local office and the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days.
