We are currently hiring for an experienced Senior Technology Lead - Java in Pune for one of our clients.

The role focuses on leading the architecture, design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using modern Java and cloud-native technologies.

You will work across Java, Spring Boot, microservices, cloud platforms, DevOps, event-driven architecture, and Generative AI, while providing technical leadership to engineering teams and working closely with Product Managers, Enterprise Architects, and business stakeholders.

This role is suited to a hands-on technology leader who can combine strong software engineering expertise with solution architecture, technical decision-making, team mentoring, and modern technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications.
