Job summary

Mployee.me in Noida is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Java to design and deliver scalable, cloud-native services. You will own microservices architecture, guide system design, and mentor a team across development, deployment, and operations.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Java backend development experience.

• Experience with Kafka, JMS, caching, asynchronous processing, and distributed systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, CI/CD, and cloud platforms.
• Database experience with Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
• Experience with LLM/GenAI, prompt engineering, and AI-driven developer tools.
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design, event-driven architecture, CQRS, Linux, and Tomcat.
• Strong system design, debugging, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
• Experience contributing to internal platforms or open-source projects is desirable.
