Mobility Global is building a new strategic web platform for Mobility Automotive Insights, with Gen AI at the center of the capability.

As a core engineer, you will design and implement microservices on cloud, drive scalable APIs, and work with product owners to translate requirements into reliable software using Core Java, Spring, AWS, and Kubernetes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5–9 years of experience in application development using Core Java.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, multithreading, microservices, Spring Boot/Spring Cloud, collections and data structures.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS (EC2, S3, SQS, Lambda, API Gateway).
• Exposure to Kubernetes for container orchestration and service deployment.
• Exposure to frontend technologies – JavaScript/React is a plus.
• Exposure to Gen AI tools (AI-assisted test generation, code assistants).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

The Team

We are putting together a new team that would be responsible for developing and supporting a new strategic web platform for Mobility Automotive Insights. It is an exciting opportunity for the team to build a futuristic platform for our clients with Gen AI being a centre piece of the capability.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities and Impact

As a core engineer on this team, you will be hands‑on in building the new web platform from the ground up — writing production code, designing scalable components, and integrating various datasets as the platform grows.

• Design, implement and own micro services on cloud and emerging technologies
• Work as a hands‑on developer to build scalable, reliable services and APIs
• Work closely with product owners and technology leaders to understand and clarify requirements
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science.
• 5 to 9 years of experience in application development using Core Java
• Good knowledge of Core Java, Multithreading, Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Collections and Data Structures
• Hands‑on experience with cloud technologies, especially AWS (EC2, S3, SQS, Lambda, API Gateway)
• Exposure to Kubernetes for container orchestration and service deployment
• Exposure to frontend technologies - Javascript / React is a plus
• Exposure to Gen AI tools (e.g., AI‑assisted test generation, code assistants)

This is a hybrid role with in‑office expectations determined by location and subject to change based on evolving business needs.
