We are venturing into a high growth phase and looking for new members to join our team. Sr. Software Engineer (Backend/Infra Heavy) will work with the products team and, in an autonomous capacity, will lead all the efforts related to the cloud solutions.

Qualification

1. Strong command over the DevOps ecosystem (Configuring CI/CD pipelines, hosting and configuring microservices with Docker and Kubernetes, etc.).
2. Experience with developing & maintaining scalable cloud platforms/solutions/Applications on AWS/Azure in a high‑growth environment.
3. Highly skilled with full-stack programming languages/frame. (MERN stack) with proven records.
4. A comprehensive understanding of cyber‑security and proven experience in designing/developing cyber security compliant platforms/software solutions.
5. Extensive experience with databases (structured, unstructured files, etc., including big data) design, management, optimization, and integration.
6. Excellent working knowledge of designing and maintaining scalable, cost‑effective, and secure data‑intensive compute services and data pipelines.
7. Strong understanding of designing optimum solution architectures and developing associated backend services/infrastructure – databases, load balancing, autoscaling, microservice, optimization, and implementing system observability, etc.
8. Excellent working knowledge of microservices frameworks.
9. Experience in frontend and UI development.
10. A total of 5+ years of dedicated/full‑time software engineering experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in scalable/secure backend infrastructure design/development/optimization and 2‑3 years of dedicated experience in developing excellent frontend elements or functionalities.
11. Willingness to work in a fast‑paced start‑up environment with cross‑functional dynamic teams.
12. Strong technical and solution documentation skills – someone who understands the criticality of the solution and source‑code documentation.

What will we do together?

• Design the overall solution architecture of various cloud-based services and functionalities.
• Design, develop, and maintain databases to meet the functional and business requirements.
• Conceptualize and develop data intensive/intelligent compute services in a scalable, and secure manner while meeting the cost‑effectiveness targets.
• Design, develop, and manage data pipelines and processing infrastructure.
• Design and develop end-to‑end full-stack functionalities and features.

• Lead initiatives on platform integration with third party systems, migration, and lead on‑prem design and development.

• Take ownership to incorporate customer feedback/release service updates.
• Maintain proper documentation at each level of the development and operation
