Innovaccer Analytics is hiring a Software Development Engineer II (Frontend) to drive the UI of Gravity AI Studio. You will own the frontend layer, collaborating with product, UX, and backend teams to ship impactful, customer-facing features in a fast-evolving environment that embraces AI tooling.

The role requires 4–6 years of experience, strong JavaScript and React skills, and hands-on use of Gen AI dev tools in professional settings. Hybrid/on-site work in Noida, India is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS/IT/Engineering.
• 4–6 years of full-stack frontend experience with React.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern UI practices.
• Experience with Gen AI development tools in a professional setting.

About the Role

We at Innovaccer are looking for a Software Development Engineer-II (Frontend) to lead and build the most amazing product experience on our Gravity AI Studio platform. You’ll work at the cutting edge of AI-powered healthcare technology, owning the complete UI layer while collaborating with a high-performing team to solve real customer pain points. This is a heavy front-end role with full-stack expectations — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-evolving environment and embraces AI tools as part of their daily workflow.

A Day in the Life

• Lead front-end development for Gravity AI Studio, converting requirements into production-ready implementations and setting UI guidelines for the team.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality, customer-facing software.
• Leverage Gen AI tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent) as part of your daily development workflow.
• Contribute to the UI roadmap and participate in agile ceremonies.

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6 years of full-stack development experience with strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and React.
• Hands‑on experience with Gen AI dev tools in a professional setting.
• Proven track record of shipping and maintaining customer-facing products in production.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and building scalable SaaS products.
• Basic to intermediate Python experience for backend development.
• Fast learner with strong problem‑solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-evolving environment.
