Job summary

Stryker Corporation in India is seeking an experienced tester to join our hybrid team, testing web and mobile applications, writing and executing manual test cases, and helping automate regression tests with Java or Python.

You will collaborate with on-site and remote developers, review software requirements, and support QA to verify and validate software against specifications in a fast-paced medical technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 3-7 years of total experience in web-based testing across desktop and mobile.
• 1-2 years in UI/API automation testing with Java or Python (Selenium preferred).
• Knowledge of cloud-based cross browser testing (Sauce Labs) and automation framework setup.

Work Flexibility: Hybrid

What you will do: Testing of web based and mobile applications Must have working knowledge on programming language Java / Python Understand software requirements and architecture specifications to perform testing activities like writing and executing manual test cases and automating them. Work with other remote and on-site development teams. Interface with Quality Assurance Department to guide the development of software verification and validation tests.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 3 - 7 years of total experience in Web based application testing on multiple desktop and mobile platforms.
• 1-2 years of experience on UI/API automation testing using any Java/Python based test automation frameworks - preferably with Selenium.
• Working knowledge of cloud based Cross browser testing like Sauce labs.
• Experience of spinning up test automation frameworks from scratch.

Preferred Qualifications

• Good to have knowledge about Cloud technologies like Azure.
• Performance test experience in JMeter.
• Good understanding of Agile principles.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional project teams.
• Exposure to AI driven testing.
