Job summary

Trinet Group in India seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Senior Engineer with hands-on expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Modules, Payroll configuration, HDL, Fast Formulas, Visual Builder Studio, and OTBI. The consultant will deliver end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions, collaborate with business stakeholders, and support implementation, integration, testing, and production deployments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for Payroll and HCM processes.
• Design and implement data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI.

• Troubleshoot and resolve Payroll-related production issues.
• Participate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
