Job summary

Tata AutoComp in Pune is seeking a Software Engineer (5 to 10 Yrs) to contribute to full product development cycles for EV charging systems. You will work with C, C++, Python, and AUTOSAR, on Linux, to develop and validate software.

Key areas include OCPP stack integration, motor control, sensors interfacing, and hardware/software integration testing. Knowledge of IEEE, IEC standards for EV products is valued, with hands-on debugging using JTAG and Lauterbach tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in full product development cycles.
• Experience in Linux OS and cyber security concepts.
• Experience in developing C/C++ applications for EV chargers (AC/DC) with OCPP stack.
• Knowledge of AUTOSAR architecture and model-based development.
• Experience with various interfaces: I2C, SPI, CAN, LIN, UART, Ethernet, USB.
• Experience in hardware/software integration testing and test equipment usage (oscilloscope, data logger).

• Strong knowledge on Inter process communication, Linux Boot process for different microprocessor
• Experience in with debugging using relevant tools such as, JTAG debugger, Lauterbach, etc.
• Knowledge on functional safety, software quality standard
• Should be able to apply scripting language whenever require
• Knowledge and understanding of IEC, CBIP, FCC, ISO15118, AIS138 along with EV standard for product certification
• Knowledge on new product development from concept to final product with all process and documentation
• Experience in using Test Equipment, Testing Hardware, Verification & Validation.
• Experience in Hardware and Software integration testing also product testing
• Understanding of handling testing instruments Oscilloscope, data logger, logic analyzer, debugger, power supply, Variac, Multimeter, Dyno, torque sensor etc.
