Job summary

Eduplex Consultancy Services is looking for an experienced System Architect to design and develop Automotive EV and EVSE Test Solutions. The ideal candidate will master EV systems, charging infrastructure, and automotive communication protocols while delivering end-to-end validation and testing solutions.

The role requires collaboration with customers, OEMs, R&D teams, and global partners to ensure robust system integration and effective testing strategies.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years in System Architect to design and develop Automotive EV and EVSE Test Solutions.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics & Communication Engineering / Instrumentation Engineering / Automotive Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end EV and EVSE test solutions for automotive customers.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into scalable system architectures.
• Develop automated test systems for EV components, battery systems, onboard chargers, DC fast chargers, and charging infrastructure.
• Work with sales and application teams during customer discussions, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare technical proposals, solution architecture documents, BOMs, and system specifications.
• Integrate hardware, software, instrumentation, and automation platforms into complete test systems.
• Support installation, commissioning, and customer acceptance testing.
• Provide technical guidance during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
• Collaborate with global OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, and technology partners.
• Keep up to date with industry standards, automotive trends, and emerging EV technologies.

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in electric vehicle systems, charging infrastructure, automotive communication protocols, and test & measurement solutions.
• The role involves working closely with customers, OEMs, R&D teams, and global technology partners to deliver end-to-end validation and testing solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Electric Vehicle (EV) and EVSE systems.
• Experience with automotive test systems and validation.
• Hands-on experience with automotive communication protocols:
• CAN, CAN FD, LIN, Automotive Ethernet & FlexRay (preferred).
• Knowledge of charging standards:
• CCS, CHAdeMO, GB/T, AC/DC Charging.
• Familiarity with battery testing, BMS validation, inverter and motor testing.
• Experience with data acquisition systems and automation platforms.
• Knowledge of LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, or similar tools.
• Understanding of automotive functional safety (ISO 26262) is preferred.
• Excellent system integration and troubleshooting skills.
• Preferred Experience:- Experience working with Automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, or EV charging solution providers.
• Exposure to Test & Measurement companies such as Keysight, NI (National Instruments), dSPACE, Vector, ETAS, Rohde & Schwarz, AVL, Horiba, Chroma, or HIOKI.
• Experience in solution architecture, customer engagement, and technical consulting.
