Qualifications

What Youll Do

• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, including coding, debugging, testing, and code coverage.
• Develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend applications.
• Work on distributed systems designed to handle large-scale workloads.
• Perform unit and integration testing for product features.
• Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Work with modern technologies to enhance and modernize legacy applications.
• Collaborate with developers, team leads, product managers, and program managers to identify and deliver new features.
• Understand technical and design requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and apply relevant practices to improve engineering solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of software development experience with Enterprise Java, preferably JDK 8 or above.
• Hands‑on experience with Spring Framework, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, AOP, and Dependency Injection.
• Experience with ORM frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms, including space and time complexity.
• Good understanding of multithreading, MVC architecture, and Object‑Oriented Programming.
• Experience developing complex and reusable APIs.
• Strong experience working with SQL databases, preferably MySQL.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to understand requirements, analyze problems, and integrate new features with existing applications.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases would be an added advantage.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a passion for technology and the ability to learn new concepts quickly.
