Job summary

Talentoj is seeking an experienced SDE III (Full Stack) to lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications powering critical business functions. You will drive architectural decisions, own end-to-end system design (HLD & LLD), and build cloud-native, microservices-based solutions using Node.js and React.js.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and ensure delivery of robust, secure platforms that scale with the business.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development using Node.js and React.js.
• Strong experience designing and building scalable distributed systems and microservices-based architectures.
• Proven expertise in System Design, including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), API design, and architectural decision-making.
• Deep understanding of software architecture patterns, design principles, and system scalability considerations.
• Experience with messaging/event streaming systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of caching, load balancing, database optimization, fault tolerance, and performance tuning.
• Experience designing cloud-native applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Ability to drive technical discussions, conduct architecture reviews, and mentor
