We are looking for a skilled and passionate Developer with strong Golang experience to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in building scalable web applications, backend services, APIs, and modern frontend applications.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications.
• Build and maintain robust backend services and RESTful APIs using Golang.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript technologies.
• Work on end-to-end application development, including frontend, backend, APIs, and database integrations.
• Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable application architecture.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, efficient, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues.
• Contribute to performance optimization, scalability, and continuous improvement of applications.

What We’re Looking For

• 4-5 years of hands‑on experience in software development.
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architecture.
• Managing, mentoring small team of 2-3 members.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Golang or Erlang or other programming languages with interest, learn Golang for backend development.
• Experience building RESTful APIs, backend services, and microservices.
• Good experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript and modern frontend development.
• Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
• Strong understanding of software design principles, data structures, and scalable application architecture.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Good understanding of API security, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Preferred / Nice To Have

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized applications.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
