SOTI is seeking a senior leader to guide software development teams through product strategy and execution. You will mentor developers, drive agile practices, and align roadmaps with business goals to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities include coaching teams, removing impediments, and promoting knowledge sharing while partnering with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in software development, design, and testing.
• 5+ years in a management/leadership role in a software development environment.
• Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies.
• Adept in programming languages and have good technical know-how.

Responsibilities

• Visualize and build effective, creative, and efficient products by anticipating customer and industry requirements.
• Direct and encourage software developers to create new and inventive solutions and technologies.
• Explore and implement the latest top-notch software development practices for the SDLC.
• Support Product Owners and ScrumMaster in execution of implementation plans and roadmaps.
• Guide and motivate team members to solve problems and improve processes.
• Assist Scrum Master and teams by identifying and resolving issues while applying Scrum principles.
• Stimulate growth of technical capabilities within the team by training on the job and through external training.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing throughout the organization.
• Drive projects forward, manage priorities with senior leadership and keep stakeholders updated.
