Job summary

SOTI Inc in India is seeking a senior QA leader to drive delivery excellence across automation, performance, security, and release readiness. You will guide QA managers, establish governance, and shape strategic quality initiatives across multiple product lines.

You will partner with engineering and product leadership to improve release quality, scale QA practices, and attract top talent while navigating a fast-paced development environment in Kerala.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or STEM-related program.
• 12–15 years of quality assurance experience in web/mobile product development environments.
• Minimum 3+ years of QA management experience leading teams of 10+ members.
• 5+ years of automation, performance, or security testing for product-based environments.
• Exposure to programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and scaling automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD implementation, execution, and integration with QA practices.
• Hands-on exposure to automation tools such as Appium, Selenium, or equivalent frameworks.
