Job summary

Brillio is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer for a long‑term managed services project in Hyderabad. The role focuses on designing and implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.

You will configure cloud features, develop triggers and asynchronous processes, and ensure secure data handling and efficient operations. Night shifts from 7 PM to 4 AM IST are required.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components
• Experience designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions
• Knowledge of sharing, security, and access controls in Salesforce
• Experience with SOQL, data modeling, and flow automation

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on Salesforce using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce

Job requirements

Experience Range:

• 2 – 4 years of experience, including at least 3 years of hands‑on development with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to address business requirements
• Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features to enhance user experience and operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain Apex triggers, classes, batch processes, and asynchronous Apex for complex business logic and integrations
• Build, test, and deploy scalable Lightning Web Components (LWC) and ensure seamless integration with existing Salesforce modules
• Leverage SOQL, data modeling, and flow automation to ensure robust data management and process automation
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver high‑quality results within project timelines
