Protech Buildcon is seeking an experienced construction professional in India with 5-10 years in real estate to oversee projects from foundation to handover. The role focuses on compliance with drawings, specs, and quality standards, ensuring timely contract document preparation and material reconciliations.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with at least one flats project, ensuring seamless handover and adherence to project milestones and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of real estate experience.
• Experience from foundation to handover of at least 1 building project (flats).
